Works in line with Local Sales strategies to support achievement of sales growth to plan. Focus on customer support, order handling, complaint handling and assist the sales force wherever needed.




Process orders coming in via Edi, fax, e-mail or telephone and for customers according to specific requirements, including bundling & consignment orders, free of charge deliveries, returns etc.
· Process stock deliveries to sales representatives in Region, as well as inventory transfers.
· Monitor the complete delivery processes, End to End check. (e.g. Distribution Center and/or carrier).
· Arrange special deliveries on request.
· Control and send out invoices.
· File ordering documents and related records.
· Handle service complaints from customers and/or sales representatives.
· Follow-up short term consignment stocks with customers and sales representatives.
· Answer daily queries/requestes coming from sales representatives, pharmacists, nurses and/or doctors about orders, deliveries, product availability etc.
· Handle backorders, open orders, block orders, etc..
· Answer calls, log and track cases until resolution in Case Management System (Sales Force)
· On request, act as back-up for colleagues within the CS team.
· Collaborate with projects, process improvement, attend to meetings, trainings, and fulfill any other task that could be needed related to OTC.



Salary: 22.000 € + ticket restaurant
Contract until 31th December
Monday to Friday, entry between 7:30-9:00.
Zone: Feria de Madrid




Requisitos mínimos

- At 3 years of experience in a similar role; Call center experience preferred
- High English level and SAP knowledge is a must.
