Startup specialized in Virtual Reality experiences is looking for a CTO to join their team 100% remotely.
- Develop the technology strategy, roadmap and business plan working closely with the CEO.
- Design, development and rollout of the IT Arquitecture, defining the technologies and processes needed to fulfill the business requirements.
- Coordinate and develop the IT internal Team, looking for the professional develpment and progress in the long term.
- Permanent contract with fixed salay + equity options, as well as a strong career path with professional and economical progress in the long term.
- Full remote position, with flexibility in working hours and asynchronous work.
- Experience of at least 4 years as a Architect-CTO, working with Network Architecture and Cloud environments (Azure, GCP or AWS).
- Knowledge of Virtual Reality platforms (Oculus, HTC, Sony)
- Fluent level of English
