  • Experience in selling Software and Services, and/or complex solutions in B2B.|Strong knowledge of Telecom Industry - Mobile Network Operators (MNOs).

Global technology provider.

· Identify and target the relevant customers in the region.

· Define the proper go-to-market tactics (direct, via or with a partner…) and sales pitch.

· Define and deliver relevant pricing scheme and business model.

· Conduct the negotiation of the commercial proposals presented to Customers, the contractual terms for the proposed solutions and/or services.

· Manage the customer relationship throughout the pre-sales, sales and after sales, as well as for potential farming opportunities.

· Contribute to the regional and global strategy for software & services.

· Propose and implement partnerships with partners at regional or global levels, either to create new go-to-market channels, or complement the portfolio of software & services to sell to customers.

· Cooperate with the Regional Solution Sales Manager who will assist in the sales cycle : definition of the technical solution to propose, management of customers expectations, functional & technical specifications of the proposed solution, costings…

· Coordinate the regional account management team, selling products and software & services to other MNOs and MVNOs, both on business and administrative topics.

Requisitos mínimos

· B.S. in Sales & Marketing, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related field.

· 5-10 years of experience in selling Software and Services, and/or complex solutions in B2B environment.

· Strong knowledge of Telecom Industry - Mobile Network Operators (MNOs).

· Fluent in English and Spanish language.

· Sales leadership; strong negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills.

· Experience in B2B solutions /complex sales cycle, involving different entities on customer side and internally.

· Good understanding of software & services technical aspects and cloud-based solutions.

· Available for frequent travels over the European countries.

· Ability to identify and manage potential partnerships to either improve the regional go-to-market strategy and/or complement Valid portfolio of software & services.

· Interpersonal skills (interaction with different solution related entities), and ability to work with others as a team.
