Our client, an important multinational company specialized in document management, data protection, Secure Storage and Logistics... is looking for a Business Development Executive, specialized in sales to large companies.




  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers from a defined prospect list (80%)

  • Maximise opportunities within an existing book of business / active customers (20%)

  • Achieve, develop and manage all revenue targets and objectives

  • Identify, track and secure new revenue opportunities

  • Effective territory planning and opportunity planning

  • Responsible for tender responses, business case development and proposal generation

  • Seek out additional cross selling opportunities

  • Ensure compliance with key operating standards

  • Maintain and review salesforce.com-record all activities relating to customer contacts, building pipeline data, sales cycle progress and forecast reports.

Requisitos mínimos
  • 3+ years of proven track record of field sales B2B

  • A hunter mentality, with a track record in winning new business

  • Fluent in Spanish and conversational level English (minimum)

  • Able to build relationships and operate in a matrix structure

  • Able to demonstrate positive impact in thinking and acting strategically

  • Very strong influencing skills at a senior level

  • Results-orientated, able to execute and get things done

  • Technically competent with a high degree of personal resilience and the ability to priorities conflicting priorities

  • Proven sales skills in B2B environment

  • Bachelor's Degree desired
