Business Analyst

Reporting to the Country Business Leader Iberia your responsabilities will be:

• Produce and manage executive dashboards, Business Intelligence Software and pricing/customer performance reports.


• Research and prepare sales/cost variance analysis and explanations.


• Provide advice to the Management Team on all aspects of budgetary control and budget process owner (budget preparation and upload of data into consolidation tools).


• Support the Fixed Asset and Inventory Management processes: AFE preparation, Impairment analysis preparation and Inventory count coordination.


• Pricing, GP improvement and consignment profitability.


• Works with Customer Service and Sales teams to implement measures to reduce inventory obsolescence.


• Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance.


• Ensuring standardization in processes performed (Forecasting, Month End Close, Budgeting, Strategic Planning) and working as a Team to continuously improve the service levels.

You should be able to demostrate:

• Strong understanding and application of corporate finance tools, techniques and analysis, as well as forecasting, budgeting and planning techniques.


• Very good analytical skills and presentation skills, including excellent expertise level in EXCEL.


• Good knowledge of SAP and reporting tools (BW SAP, BPC SAP, POWER BI) is a plus


• Bachelor / Master Degree in Finance or related field (Accounting / Controlling)


• Proficient English
