Associate Fund Finance

• European debt management company is looking for an Associate Fund Finance|High level of English is a must

One of Europe's leading specialist debt management company

• Quarterly capital accounts


• Annual financial statements for companies and partnerships prepared primarily under Luxembourg GAAP


• Cash reconciliations and cash books


• Capital calls and distributions


• Bespoke investor reporting


• Information required for UK and US tax reporting


• Regulatory reporting


• Liaison with auditors and other external service providers


• Liaison with firm finance, investor relations, loan operations, valuation and fund finance teams located in Madrid, London and Luxembourg

• Strong academic background, with successful completion of an accounting qualifications with a recognised Accounting Institute (ICAS, ICAEW, ACCA etc)


• Experience in private equity or private credit sector, broader asset management sector would be desirable


• Familiarity with Lux GAAP


• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail


• Strong team player and ability to work collaboratively with the other members of the finance team and external fund administrators


• Excellent communication skills - fluent English


• High level of motivation, integrity and enthusiasm


• Ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills and investor focus


• Inquisitive mindset with an eagerness to learn and make improvements


• Resilient and willing to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
