Ability to manage and control operational processesand to define and improve these processes, providingideas for improvement and quality control
Responsible for advising on the design, analysis anddevelopment of the processes required to support theinformation systems, thus ensuring the properfunctioning of the systems and an optimal level ofperformance for these services
Experience in Cloud Transformation (AWS) projectswith at least one year of experience''.
Experience and/or knowledge of standardtechnologies must be demonstrated at
Management/implementation methodologies fortelecommunications projects
A thorough knowledge of the infrastructures andtechnologies used in systems/networks isessential, such as Telecontrol protocols (IEC101/104),RTU's, SDH/PDH systems, Networking, powersystems, optical fibres
Knowledge in: Endesa tools (VU, Servicenow,PRISMA, SAGA, MANAGEMENT (PRLs), iPATCH, SDHManager, etc). Other Applications for performance inmy functions: VISIO, AUTOCAD, CISCO PRIME, etc...
