  • Account Payable Specialist |International Hotel Group

  • Provided corporate guidelines for end-to-end process split of responsibilities set up (finance team and BPO-outsourced service provider), the AP specialist will ensure invoice register accuracy, timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and maintain accurate records and control reports

  • Ensure an excellent level of service is provided to internal customers, complying with month-end closing calendars related to account payable area

  • Key point of contact in the Area under his/her responsibility for end to end Procure to Pay (P2P), including clear communication with AP Team lead to guarantee that standard operating procedures are met

  • Responsible to Apply consistent and homogeneous Corporate Procure to pay policies and procedures across the Area so driving global solutions where local requirements have been considered too

  • Escalate to AP team lead to correct any potential deviation vs. Global standard procedures

  • Building and maintain effective relationship and communication between hotels, admin unit and vendors by providing assessment and assistance about RHG account payable guidelines

Requisitos mínimos
  • At least, 2-3 or 3-5 year experience and a deep knowledge of P2P processes and main accounting principles, ideally in multinational environment

  • Good on managing Account payable ERP modules (preferable SAP but also: Oracle, SAP, Navision or similar).

  • Microsoft office skills (Excel, Access, Word) are a must

  • Experience on interactions/or part of a Shared Service Center for P2P processes would be also very valuable

  • Candidate should be proactive, results-oriented and be able to work independently without supervision

  • Language skills: English advance/proficiency level (not less than B2+) is required, French, German, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and Italian
