Local international team of 10 employees, being part of a group of approximately 600
employees, continuously growing. Will relate to delocalize teams in different European locations




  • Demonstrated experience in growing brands and business fast and profitably in the Amazon Marketplaces, including USA, Canada, UK.

  • Full client management through a consultative business to consumer approach with Amazon account - to understand the business, optimize brand investment and grow sales.

  • Work to define KPIs for search & marketing strategies across Amazon.

  • Define processes and actions to ensure optimal ranking and visibility on top page of the products

  • Work closely with internal company experts in order to assure the strategy with Amazon Advertising, including Sponsored Ads and DSP management.

  • Establish an optimal relationship with Amazon

  • Forecast sales and returns with logistical and supply chain planning team.

  • Manage the full optimization of product descriptions, imagery, keyword search terms and reviews.

  • Analyse marketplace trends and competitor activity and highlight opportunities for new product development and branded campaigns.

  • Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure marketing campaigns are created and broadcast accurately within deadline, including supplying ideas for marketing opportunities.

Requisitos mínimos
  • At least 3 years' experience with Amazon Account or Marketplace management

  • Experience in accelerated profitable development of the different Marketplaces of Amazon, including USA and UK

  • High level of English. Additional languages are an important value as well

  • Experience and knowledge of platforms such as Seller Central.

  • Experience in developing brands and managing Profit & Loss in Amazon / Marketplace

  • Experience and knowledge of the management of Amazon Advertising.

  • Use to work with different tools to support account management and analysis

  • Ability to analyse and draw actionable insights from qualitative and quantitative research.

  • Proven track of ranking products on top page

  • Understanding of other digital channels and retail ecosystems.

  • Strong personality with standing and self confidence

  • Deep understanding for the needs of the individual customer groups, high grasp for market trends and consumer needs, always close to consumer

  • Strong hands-on mentality, innovative and flexible with creative thinking capacity

  • Self starter with high initiative and a strong intrinsic motivation, goal- and performance orientation

  • Spirit to design and develop, steer projects, take decisions and drive processes towards highest efficiency and effectiveness

  • Team player with a positive attitude, inspiring, drive and passion

  • Drive to continuous improvement on personal and corporate level
