Collaborate with managers and networks to identify recruitment needs and follow up the recruitment plan status with them.
Follow up the whole onboarding program and ensure a smooth transition for the newcomers (Valeo Discovery Program).
Implement the communication plan in Martos Site.
KPIs follow up for ensure the effectiveness of communication actions.
Use communication channels to increase the employees’ engagement through strategy planned.
Support communication activities organization.

At least 5 years of experience in recruitment & career management
Experience in an industrial international environment
