Key Tasks:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of supply, purchasing and other contracts.


• Providing day to day legal advice and support to all levels of staff within the organisation.


• Assisting the HR team on employment matters.


• Developing & revising compliance and regulatory policies and procedures.


• Manage the corporate housekeeping of the entities of the Group.


• General support to the Head of Group Legal.

• Min. 8 years post qualification experience gained in an international law firm or in-house working environment


• Experience gained in an international environment such as an international group of companies, preferably in the manufacturing industry, or an international law firm.


• Exposure to commercial, contract, corporate, intellectual property, international trade and competition laws.


• Excellent organizational and execution skills.


• Dealing with senior managers and suppliers and have the energy and drive to deliver therequired substantial business improvement.


• Excellent level of communication and negotiation skills.


• Highly motivated and team player.


• Able to work independently.


• Proven ability to deliver work within tight deadlines.
