Reporting to the Head of Finance, your main responsibilities will be:
will be responsible for the reporting and analysis functions within the Company. This position is also responsible for creating processes, reports, and analyses to assess future reporting needs, as well as, develop standardized tools, methodologies and business processes aimed at improving operational efficiency
Preparing and publish timely monthly financial statements for the Business Unit assigned, according to IFRS.
Responsible to generate financial reports for both internal and external sources.
Handle internal and external financial audits (individual and consolidated) that ensure compliance with rules and regulations
Work with the organizational budget beyond report generation; supporting the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts and report variances.
Deploy and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

We are looking someone with a Bachelor Degree in Finance/Economics, with at least 4 years of experience, will be highly valuated the present or past experience in BIG4 firms, also working with multinational organization environment would be a plus. Solid accounting knowledge and high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Able to plan and organize his/her workload within tight and fixed deadlines By the other hand, we need a profile with good leadership skills, used to work in changing environments, team player mindset.
