The Balearic Island's most exciting luxury five-star resort.
Responsible for the management and coordination of all rooms departments (including Front Office, Guest Relations, Bell and Door teams, Concierge, Housekeeping, Spa and Security)
Reporting directly to the General Manager.
You will ensure that standards and procedures are being followed to continually improve the guest experience and to maximize the performance of the hotel.

Requisitos mínimos
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Our preferred candidate comes from a luxury or luxury lifestyle background, from one of the leading global or European companies or an independent hospitality experience.
The ability to work in a high occupancy and demand environment.
University/College degree in a related discipline preferred.
English Fluency (B2+ or above) and independent speaker level of Spanish (B2).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to challenge the status quo.
Solid genuine leadership skills.
Excellent organisational and planning skills.
Good financial awareness and analytical skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Opera PMS, and other applicable computer systems.
Demonstrate personal integrity.
Manage group or interpersonal conflict effectively.
