Musealia, company dedicated to creating and managing traveling exhibitions around the world, with headquarters in San Sebastián.




Reporting to the CEO of the company, your duties will include, among others:

  • To manage the integral operation of the company's different exhibitions, in terms of their logistical and production cycle.

  • Planning and executing at international level the transport, assembly, maintenance and dismantling of the exhibitions during their itinerancy in internationally renowned museums.

  • To coordinate with the different suppliers, museums, cultural centres, partners and internal departments from museums and exhibitions.

  • To work in close collaboration with the company's management, to whom you will report directly, and maintaining the company's own standards of effectiveness, efficiency and quality.

  • To drive customer focus throughout the organisation, ensuring the highest level of service in all departments.

Requisitos mínimos
  • Ability to perform work with professional competence in English/Spanish.

  • Availability to travel frequently internationally.

  • Experience in a similar position of operations, preferably in the field of travelling exhibitions, museums or events and shows.

  • Ability to plan, organise (internal and external) and manage projects internationally

  • Problem solving attitude and creativity.

  • Communication, negotiation, teamwork and cooperation skills.

  • Customer orientation, pressure tolerance and good self-management of emotions.

  • Knowledge of the cultural industry or events and the functioning of museums in the field of touring exhibitions.

  • Experience working in other countries and markets.
