  • Traveling exhibitions around the world|Merchandising operations of the company's exhibitions

Spanish company dedicated to creating and managing traveling exhibitions around the world, with headquarters in San Sebastián, is looking for a Merchandising Manager to investigate, design and implement merchandising strategies for each cycle in the international exhibitions.




Responsible for the overall merchandising operation of the company's exhibitions involves:

  • Defining, designing and implementing the merchandising objectives and strategies during each exhibition cycle, in alignment with the theme of the show and the overall experience line.

  • Effectively manage stock of all products, ensuring that levels meet demand and maximize sales.

  • Define stock parameters depending on visitor numbers forecast for each destination.

  • Co-ordinate work with suppliers, creating products and selecting existing products with different suppliers.

  • Adapt the visitor experience depending on the needs of the exhibition cycle.

  • Constant optimization of processes, expertise and sourcing of suppliers.

Requisitos mínimos
  • Knowledge of the cultural industry or events and the functioning of museums in the field of travelling exhibitions.

  • Experience working in other countries and markets.

  • Ability to carry out work with professional competence in English/ Spanish.

  • Knowledge of other languages is a plus.

  • Availability to travel frequently.

  • Resolute and creative.

  • Ability to plan, organize (internal and external) and manage projects.

  • Communication, negotiation, teamwork and cooperation skills.

  • Customer orientation, pressure tolerance and good self-management of emotions.
