Desde la oficina de Crit Sabadell estamos seleccionando para cliente del sector de artes gráficas vinculado al sector textil, con importantes clientes a nivel mundial ubicado en Castellar del Valles, un/a administrativa/o para el departamento de Costumer Service

REQUERIMOS

Vivir en Castellar del Vallés o cercanías.

Experiencia en el departamento de Costumer Service

Ingles nivel advanced.

Carné de conducir y vehículo propio

Disponibilidad para Incorporación inmediata.

Comunicativo, perseverante, empático, paciente, que sepa mantener la calma y el autocontrol, con tolerancia a la presión, con gran capacidad de persuasión, que sepa identificar y anticipar las necesidades, flexible, resolutivo y que sepa trabajar en equipo.

FUNCIONES

Management process of orders received from customers.

Planning of follow-up and shipment of orders (direct relationship with the company's warehouse for shipments and with accounting department for payments and release of orders).

Use an ERP system to review questions and answers from customers, as well as enter and review the status of orders (manufacturing times, delivery dates etc).

Great management in current communications such as: email, telephone, etc. with clients and with our colleagues internally and with the different countries where the company has offices (Bangladesh, Turkey, China, India, Vietnam, Portugal, Pakistan, Morocco, Spain...).

Provide timely and accurate responses to customers in the requested times.

Coordinate internal processes according to customer expectations (planning, purchases, stock, payments, logistics, etc).

Contribution to develop improvement projects to increase customer satisfaction through the participation of related internal processes and third parties.

Prepare periodic and statistical reports for sales review.

Certain commercial capacity to detect existing market opportunities.
