Job Description


We are currently looking for innovativeprofessionals with practical experience in working capital initiatives from consultingfirm or/and multinational company to support the development of theWorking Capital Practice in our Global Center of Excellence based inBarcelona.


As a Working Capital Consultant, you will beexpected to:


Execute workingcapital optimization projects for one or several of the Working Capitalcomponents (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Inventory) with anend-to-end vision:


- Assess performance, identify gaps with leading andinnovative practices, define business case & operational recommendations todrive working capital benefits.


- Develop work plan and identify savings leveraging adriver-based approach and industry benchmarking data.


- Execute transformation initiatives with a focus onvalue realization and capabilities development sustainability applyinginnovative combinations of strategy, governance, and organization & processredesign, technology & digital alignment.


- Manage operational reengineering efforts in policies,end-to-end process governance, organizational structure, performancemeasurement and reporting visibility, incentives programs, technology &digital alignment.


- Manage client relationship at executive andoperational level throughout the various phases of the project.


- Support our executive team in some of the businessdevelopment activities: Design project proposal, prepare client meetings, etc.


- Actively participate in the development of theinnovation agenda - developing innovative assets for the practice (ie. tools,whitepapers, partnerships, etc.) in collaboration with other Accenture teams(as “ONE ACCENTURE”).


- Take an active role in the Finance community growth:training, experience sharing, events organization, etc.
