  • Work on his/her own or in a team to lead and develop the initial creative big idea .

  • Mentor junior designers, support and lead creative teams, both internal and external (partners) to ensure continuity of delivery within agreed timeframes and to high standards.

  • Support and lead creative development by gathering information and data through research.

  • Develop iconic moves for brand, along with the project team, having a strong understanding of the insights and strategic approach with a high level of competency

  • Conceptualizes, plans, designs, and produces a wide range of specialized graphic, typesetting and/or illustrative material, to include multimedia concepts; writes and edits basic copy.

  • Works with internal stakeholders to ascertain needs and to develop graphic directions, concepts, and specifications for assigned projects.

  • Plans production schedules for the various steps in the design process; analyzes project development costs and develops project budgets and workflow for multiple concurrent projects; participates in production and/or marketing planning group sessions and meetings.

  • Oversees and coordinates the production process; develops and writes digital and/or other production specifications, and selects appropriate production media and materials to appropriate production standards.

  • Provides creative and technical advice and guidance, and serves as liaison with production personnel, authors, publishers, clients, and/or printing representatives on permission information, design and technical graphics issues.

  • Coordinates a graphics or photographic library and/or maintain digital records.

  • Creates and produces animated videos and animated portions of live videos using computers and video production equipment.

Requisitos mínimos

Min Knowledge & Experience required for the position:

  • Education: Relevant design/creative qualification

  • Languages:High level in English language (written and spoken), at least Advanced level

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience

  • Other Knowledge: User Interface (UI), Web Design, Video

  • About relevant design software (Adobe XD and Adobe Premiere Pro)

  • Across production and digital media.

  • Awareness of emerging trend in design

Skills & Capabilities:

  • Strong Project and Time Management skills with outstanding organizational and planning abilities; essential.

  • Strong attention to detail; essential.

  • Knowledge of principles and practices of graphic design.

  • Ability to create and produce graphic materials using a range of media, methods, techniques, and equipment.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.

  • Skills in the utilization of specified computerized graphic design software and programs.

  • Ability to identify and interpret graphic design needs and develop creative and responsive design concepts.

  • Ability to develop complex, integrated design, printing, and/or reproduction specifications.

  • Ability to supervise and train assigned staff.

  • Ability to compile and prepare graphic production budgets, schedules, and workplans.

  • Knowledge of available external graphic design, publication, and associated resources.

  • Knowledge of printing and/or reproduction processes and techniques

  • Budget development and management skills as related to the production of new digital or traditional media communications.
