Training and Quality Supervisor with English (SENIOR)

Majorel, our client whit and office based in Barcelona is a leading Contact Centre in the sector, serving clients from 30 countries in Europe, Middle East, Africa and America in more than 60 languages.

We are currently looking for an experienced Training and Quality Supervisor with fluent English to add to their team. The person hired will join a completely new department that is preparing for strong growth in 2021, where they will find a challenging and dynamic start-up environment, as well as great opportunities to develop their career and help us build their project successfully.

Mission: This position is responsible for managing this team to achieve its goals and the company quality standards, improving an efficient set of actions to train, develop and supervise the team.

In this role, you are responsible for:

- Supervise the TQ SV team
- Make sure the training and quality process run smoothly
- Develop the collaborative TQ SV team, ensuring they understand the high standards of professionality and are aligned with the methods and tools.
- Constantly enhance standards oriented to KPI- s


Offer:

- Salary: 29.000 - 32.000
- Shift: Monday to Friday 10.00 -19.00h
- Six months contract + permanent

About you:

Previous experience required, minimum 1 year as Quality Training Supervisor
Very good PC skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, online tools
Full proficiency in English ( C1 level mandatory)
