IMAN Temporing is seeking for a Customer Service Technical Support Agent to join the multicultural team of one of our clients - a leading global supplier in the areas of Mobility, Monitoring, and Customer Experience.
As a Techical Support Agent your daily responsibilities will be:
- Identify severity of the technical issue.
- Fix issues arising from lack of knowledge.
- Transfer issue to proper L2 partner.
- Document and follow up resolution.
- Providing Customer Service Level 1Technical Support via E-mail and telephone contact.
- Provide information to the client and answer to all claims, concerns, suggestions or queries related to the contracted service.
- Identification of needs, and follow up.
What we offer you:
- A full-time job of 39 hours per week.
- Job located in Barcelona city.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 - 18h.
- 23.000€ gross per year.
- Salary: 8.72€ gross/hour + 0.76€ gross/hour of plus languages initially.
Salary broken down (if it is a full time offer):
Level 9 (15392'41€) + Plus Languages (1339'80€) + Language Adder DE (1339'80€) + Bonus up to the 23.000€ gross per year mentioned above.
- Native level of German Inscribirme a esta oferta
- Advanced level of English (C1)
- Knowledge of MS NAVISION software
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Service.
- Candidates must be available to work full-time in Barcelona, have a NIE and a Social Security Number.
