Job description:

Do you speak German? Do you speak English? Are you customer service oriented?

This project requires agents to assist clients via phone. Handle phone calls in German and English within max. 7 minute

As technical support representative you need to have a good knowledge of IT and problem solving skills.

Job responsibilities:

The tasks include taking calls for customer questions, product issues and technical difficulties related to mobile apps, cloud software and associated hardware, dispatching replacement parts, updating clients account via computerized systems, documenting and analyzing client and product information and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Handle special requests; The service require flexibility from candidate side. Empathy is important. The ability to be speaking and writing down the details of the conversation is essential.

Schedule:

Full-Time position 39h/week

Monday – Friday: 10:30 – 19:00, Saturday – Sunday: 9:30 – 17:00

Contract: 1 month of trial period – permanent/indefinido contract – no holidays allowed in the first 4 months

Training: 3 paid weeks of training, 8:00hrs to 16:00hrs.

Requisitos mínimos
Native or fluent level of German and fluent level of English language.

Previous customer service experience is a big plus, basic IT skills/knowledge and willingness to learn

Majority of the calls in the job will take place in German.
