• Tax Analyst

• Manage European transfer pricing documentation - Local files


• Provide oversight of the various local country income tax compliance requirements and transfer pricing


• Support SQ Finance team by preparing IC cost allocations based on TP principles


• Coordinate and prepare all supporting documentation related to Allocation calculations


• Supervise all IC transactions under TP OECD guidance


• Support Treasury and Finance teams with cash management transactions (ie. Withholding tax compliance, tax implications on equity transactions)


• Follow up and revisit all tax topics included in Statutory Accounts


• Support Tax team with quarterly tax reporting under US GAAP rules


• Support the local management teams with the defense of any Tax Audit - specially for TP


• Keep up to date on changes in European tax law, administrative and judicial decisions, and other relevant items through technical reading. Perform tax research, as necessary

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Law or equivalent.


• Master's Degree in Tax and experience in International Tax.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


• Strong project management and analytical expertise


• Solid tax technical background, specially on transfer pricing


• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English


• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced work environment.


• Proficiency in use of e-mail and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and Powerpoint).
