Ensure that the supplier quality system meets with company requirements. To audit and evaluate new suppliers, determining whether they have the tools, the organization and the required level of quality to be a part of the company suppliers' optimum panel.
Ensure supplier integration into the company System.
Main manager for the Components Approval Process, following APQP and reporting it to the project team.
Participate in Kick-Off Meetings with suppliers.
Meet program milestones regarding validation & approval components.
Ensure design feasibility through CRTs & Drawings & guarantee process capability (quality & quantity).
Evaluate development performance of suppliers' initial samples (ISQ-Initial Samples Quotation used for IMI calculation) for the region.
Participate in Supplier Performance Review meetings and lead all activities that will be assigned.
Develop suppliers for them to reach the quality levels required by company.
Manage all assigned supplier problems that escalate, regardless of the countries where they arise.
Report all BSC KPIs related to Suppliers Quality Performance.
Apply all standard methodologies according to company Purchasing System.
Observe company Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

Requisitos mínimos
Bachelor's degree in engineering
Fluent local language & Fluent English (spoken & written)
Minimum of 2 years as a Project STA or in a SQI position
Specialized in Quality would be of additional value
Experience in other functions (engineering or productions) would be of additional value
