Reporting to the Operations Director the person will be in charge of:
Areas under responsibility: Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Production Planning, Distribution, Warehousing and Customer Service, with special focus on Demand Planning and Inventories' Management
Great expertise on Demand Planning and Working Capital optimization through excellent management of Inventories while keeping good service level
Plan, implement and manage the overall supply chain processes and strategy for the factories and multiple warehousing and international distribution points
Design and proper follow-up of key supply chain KPIs
Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance teams
Suggest solutions for process improvements
Regular presentations and Interaction with the Board members
Manage a largeteam
