Shared Services Centre

• Lead local, regional or global projects and initiatives


• Process Design, Re-engineering and implementation, including the needed Controls


• Identify, set up, monitor and report on Project deliverables and project KPIs


• Project-manage the transformation of activities into a new operating model


• Design and execute Change-management, communication and above all project plans


• Define and track project deliverables, assign owners and follow up to ensure timely delivery


• Define risks and propose mitigation plans and implement them - escalate whenever needed to the Project Steering Committee or to the Programme Manager


• Conduct Steering Meetings with Executives to report on Project and Operational Progress


• Identify, Promote and execute Project Opportunities


• Communicate extensively with all stakeholders and higher management as well as with the project team and other project stakeholders

• Experience in a very multinational environment

Requirements:

• Ideally 4-7 years of experience in:
