  • Responsible for hiring, performance management, career guidance, training and discipline.

  • Fosters and promote a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and employee morale.

  • Monitors performance of staff and ensures all procedures are completed.

  • Prepare monthly forecast schedule to meet business demand.

  • Ensures a safe and sanitary work environment for all employees.

  • HACCP controls on daily basics.

  • In charge of the daily ordering of fresh products, fish, meats, pultry, etc.

  • Keep the best quality in presentation, techniques and flavors in all the restaurant menu.

  • Responsible to create, organize, standardize, develop Bites menu, recipes and pictures are required to keep the best quality and presentation.

  • Responsible to Create a Teamwork work environment.

  • All functions required for the proper performance of the Job Position.

Requisitos mínimos
  • Education: Culinary School Degree, and Continuing Education in Culinary Area. Food Handling Diploma up dated. Haccp standards.

  • Experience:5 to 7 years of experience in Fine Dinning as Chef de Cuisine, or similar position in a Michelin Star Restaurant. All kitchen techniques are required.

  • Ability to work well under pressure.

  • Ability to plan,create, and develop new menus.

  • Ability to work with all products and food ingredients involved in established recipes. Leadership, Teamwork, Analize and save problems.
