What will your job be?



* Help companies to be compliant software users
* Contact by phone and establish a relationship with C-level
* Qualify an interest and lead a conversation to resolve uncompliant matters amicably
* Listen and identify needs and wants, negotiate and determine the right offering
* Collaborate with local partners, legal team and regional sales management
* Manage a process from the first engagement until closing the matter with agreed solution

* Proven active listening, objection handling and negotiation skills
* Experience guiding customers to make the right decision
* Ability to motivate people to follow and deliver on agreed deadlines
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Self-disciplined to forecast, plan, manage, document and deliver in time
* Excellent business Italian and English languages
