At Marlex Human Capital, we are collaborating with an important education startup, which is actively looking for a Senior Recriter:
Responsibilities:
• Owning the end-to-end hiring process
• Alignment with stakeholders on role expectations
• Job description creation and publishing to the ATS
• Sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, and conducting screening interviews
• Coordinating case study assignments and department interviews
• Participating in offer negotiations
• Creating customized recruitment plans per role/department, including case studies, job descriptions, and interview questions
• Proactively sourcing candidates on LinkedIn and other job boards
• Conducting recruitment strategy meetings with Hiring Managers to ensure a complete understanding of the job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, key qualifications / requirements, as well as future hiring needs
• Making data-driven decisions to identify effective sources for quality candidates

• 5+ years of high-volume sourcing and recruiting experience
• Proven experience hiring key executive roles (VP, C-level)
• Extensive experience with offer proposals and contract negotiation
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken) required. Professional working fluency in English is required; fluency in a second language strongly preferred (Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, or Dutch)
