Senior Finance Transformation Manager - Order To Cash

• Experience in a SSC leading the Transformation of the structure
• Experience leading at least a small team, challenging the way they do the things

Reporting to the VP, you main responsibilities will be:

Support the Strategy and road map for Finance Transformation;

Ensure coordination and execution of Delivery Model changes, including the SSC scope, the Insourcing/Outsourcing and the vendor consolidation (in terms of the evaluation and transition);

Lead order to cash simplifications and standardization efforts;

Ensure effective project delivery and benefits realization that includes OCR extension and optimization, bank consolidation implementation support, OTC transformation, SAP implementations.

Lead and challenge her/his Team to give top recommendations within the organization.

This individual should be a professional in finance organization within a SSC, process, and technology best practices with deep experience leading programs and change management. Specific experience in OTC and technology implementations is required as it will be a large area of change and customer experience improvement. This person should be a strategic thinker who is driven, self-starter inspired by challenging convention and making an impact, with a capability to built relationships, and influence senior leaders.
