Scheduling Success Coordinator with Finnish

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Scheduling Success Coordinato who will be a part of a fast paced, diverse work environment where you take ownership of your work while collaborating closely with internal and external customers, to help inspire and support discoveries that advance the quality of life

Your primary responsibilities will be:

• Ensure that all processes and timelines are followed closely for the most efficient results possible


• Schedule and confirm all planning and scheduling efforts that come in through multiple avenues (Omni-Channel)


• Maintain accurate record of engineer availability and commitments, utilizing our business scheduling tools (SAP/CRM/MRS)


• Proactively manage resource shortages, in cooperation with the Service Business Manager


• Arrange and plan complex, high impact services with minimal management intervention

• Full time, long-term contract


• Schedule: Monday through Friday from 09.00 - 18.00h

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Excellent/ fluent language skills (verbal and in writing) in Finnish


• Strong communication and active listening skills


• Multi-tasking capabilities, priorities- and time-management skills, along with the ability to work independent as well as within teams
