MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Relationship with customers.
- Outbound calls.
- Provide general information about the products.
- To support customers with reservations and booking management.
- Creating a good first impression providing them a great experience.

WHAT WE NEED
- Professional experience in sales, especially in tourism.
- Verbal and written native level in German.
- Fluent in English.
- Sales and negotiation techniques knowledge.
- Must have a valid NIE number.
