Is a leading provider of economic intelligence reports, data solutions and business intelligence platform for senior executives in multinational companies and governmental organizations.




  • Implement and manage sales automation tools, including CRM (Salesforce): contract negotiations, onboarding, best practices, troubleshooting

  • Create and maintain sales documentation: templates, sales processes, quotes, contracts, training materials

  • Calculate monthly compensation for the sales team

  • Process new sales, renewals and cancelations: perform data quality check and account setup

  • Manage and assign customers' inquiries received via email

  • Work with sales, account management, marketing and administration teams to streamline processe

Requisitos mínimos
  • Degree in Business/Economics studies or related

  • Minimum 1-2 years work experience in a similar role

  • Well-versed in Salesforce (minimum 1 year experience); knowledge of Pardot is a plus

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Understanding of sales, marketing and account management processes

  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work autonomously

  • Excellent written and spoken English; advanced level of Spanish desirable

  • Experience in a SaaS company is preferred
