• Working directly with the PageExecutive Partners in Switzerland and conducting research with the objective of mapping the market, identifying potential candidates, and participating to search strategy.


• Active involvement in the search selection process (from evaluation to contract management); including conducting first interviews with the sourced candidates, preparing the candidate reports, organizing interviews with clients.


• Identifying target companies and individuals using various resources including in-house database and online portals.


• Responsible for all open applications.


• Develop active & passive candidate pipelines for existing and future mandates.


• Ad hoc project administration duties as and when required.

• You are fluent in English and ideally in German or French.


• You have experience in recruitment, resource management or candidate research


• You have excellent communication skills with an ability to manage different stakeholders and influence over the phone/video


• You have commercial acumen - You are alert to commercial opportunities and information


• You are a systems user who values accurate and timely data, whilst balancing timelines and deadline requirements
