Research Assistant for IESE Executive Coaching Unit

The research assistant will work independently under supervision of a

professor. He or she will be part of a team doing teaching and

research on Executive and Leadership Coaching.

More specifically the job will consist of:

1) Contribution to preparation of teaching material: case studies,

technical notes, class presentations, etc.

2) Synthesis of information gathered from articles and databases.

3) Elaborating papers and proposals for international

conferences.

4) Preparing executive summaries about the state of the art in

Executive Coaching, coaching trends in business schools etc.

5) Administrative Support

· 1650 Euros/month (full time) or 825 Euros/month (part-time)

• Nationality from EU Member State or be legally resident in Spain;


• BS/ BA degree or Master’s degree in Management, Organizational Behavior or Psychology. Specific studies on coaching by a recognized organization will be highly considered. Last degree must have been obtained less than 5 years ago; or currently enrolled in a Master’s or Doctoral program;


• Thorough knowledge of English, both reading and writing; and strong writing skills;


• Basic knowledge of statistics;


• Good knowledge of IT resources;


• Previous research experience is considered an excellent plus


• On-campus presence required.
