As a Roadside Service Assistant, your daily responsibilities will be:
· Answer assistance service calls from clients having issues on the road, and manage the service according to their needs (crane management, repairs, workshop search, offer an alternative mean of transport to the insured, etc.)
· Ensure high customer experience by answering, escalating and following up all requests

· Salary 18k gross per year + bonus according to agreement

To be successful in this role you will need:
· English as secondary language is required.
· Be comfortable in customer-facing/ customer-focused roles.
