Group Talent and Performance Cycle


* Support the full talent cycle process to build ownership in the business and to complete the process effectively to the agreed timetable and quality to build rigour and consistency that supports the development of a high performance culture

* Assisttheannual'Calibration'and'Growth'cycles, ensuring that proper diagnosis and review of talent is conducted to inform the talent strategy - endorse the delivery of the agreed action plans

* Work in partnership with the Talent community to shape the talent strategy for the embedded functional talent populations and support delivery within the businessTalent Pipeline


* Coordinate dynamic talent pools for key job families, working with the leaders and the wider HR community to identify top talent at all levels of the organisation* Partner with the Centre of Excellence (CoE) and HR Business Partners to develop career paths for key job families which provide managers and employees a blueprint to support career development and succession plannig

* Identify pipeline gaps and put in place strategies to address

Talent Acquisition & Engagement


* Lead recruitment processes, partnering the business to gain a deep understanding of their requirements for vacancies and pipelining activities.

* Support the graduate and apprentice Graduate Programme(s) to deliver a pipeline of high potential future leaders to the business/function

* Partner with the business leadership and HRDs so that talent pipelining and search fully reflects the internal talent and succession insight and priorities

* Contribute in the design and deployment of Employee engagement initiatives

Talent Capability Development

* Work with the CoE and local HR to ensure the development and deployment of leadership and management programmes and the wider learning offer facilitates talent development at all levels

* Identify targeted local talent development needs and put in place appropriate talent interventions to develop the bench-strength and diversity of the talent pipeline in line with the corporate and regional framework and fully supported by line managers

* Support talent coaching aligned to the group strategic framework to build a coaching culture across the business

* Partner with leaders to build their capability as talent leaders and as owners of the business talent agenda

* Provide operational support for the deployment of core development projects such as XXX Way, Operations Learning Academy, HSE and XXX Way of Selling to agreed deliverables and timelines

* Manage L&D software for country users, directing and monitoring mandated training, leading local marketing campaigns and creating directed learning paths to address individuals development plans

Education & Certifications

  • Must be educated to minimum degree

  • Qualified to deliver and interpret a range of talent related Psychometrics



Job Specific Technical Requirements

  • Experienced in the application of organisational capability diagnosis, talent identification and development across a range of levels and disciplines

  • Experienced coach



Experience and capability

  • Demonstrable track record of successfully deployment of the talent agenda in matrixed international business with a diverse employee population



  • Business partnering skillset, able to integrate the talent agenda within the wider people strategy aligned to the business agenda



  • Demonstrable commitment to continued professional development



  • A confident presence with influencing skills, able to build effective relationships and navigate the local and corporate dynamic to deliver the right outcomes



  • Pro-active, creative and will have a clear sense of accountability, strong cultural awareness and customer engagement



  • An excellent communicator, change and project manager



  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written. French, Italian and Portuguese proficiency would be a plus
