We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant for the Swiss IT market, under Page Personnel brand, for our Resourcing Center based in Barcelona.

Primary Responsibilities:
Proactively attracting and sourcing candidates for the Swiss market, focusing in the IT field
Via a range of methods e.g. social networks, direct approach, research and internal systems
Building and maintaining a network of candidates through targeted approach and recruitment
Usage of modern recruitment tools for volume recruitment
Updating and managing all candidate activity through an Applicant Tracking System
Supporting the Head of Resourcing in producing metrics and reports for the business
