  • Working directly with the PageExecutive Partners in Belgium and conducting research with the objective of mapping the market, identifying potential candidates, and participating to search strategy.

  • Active involvement in the search selection process (from evaluation to contract management); including conducting first interviews with the sourced candidates, preparing the candidate reports, organising interviews with clients.

  • Identifying target companies and individuals using various resources including in-house database and online portals.

  • Responsible for all open applications.

  • Develop active & passive candidate pipelines for existing and future mandates.

  • Ad hoc project administration duties as and when required.

  • Experience in a very multinational environment (+40 nationalities in the SSC)

Requisitos mínimos
  • You are fluent in English and ideally in French.

  • You have experience in recruitment, resource management or candidate research

  • You have excellent communication skills with an ability to manage different stakeholders and influence over the phone/video

  • You have commercial acumen - You are alert to commercial opportunities and information

  • You are a systems user who values accurate and timely data, whilst balancing timelines and deadline requirements

  • You are a challenger and like to surpass yourself daily

  • You are curious, rigorous, and autonomous. Your adaptability, your reactivity, your dynamism, and your sense of responsibility will be undeniable assets for this position.
