Real Estate Asset Manager: REIT Barcelona

Spanish company specialized in acquiring and managing residential buildings, senior care homes and touristic buildings located in the main cities in Spain, whose goal is to maximize investor returns on Real Estate investments.

• Ensuring the portfolio's returns are maximized.


• Find property operators in the different lines of business to optimize the profitability of the asset (touristic apartments, nursery homes, hotels, and another new asset class)


• Property management to properties on lease (property management, security, occupation…)


• Property Management to properties under construction, following up with the constructors and interior designers.


• Working with leasing and selling agents


• Managing the cash flow from properties within the portfolio


• Negotiating contracts


• Communicating with investors and clients.


• Maintaining key tenant relationships to forecast rent flows/voids and opportunities.


• Prepare periodic internal reports.


• Control of deposits of the tenants.


• Control of the monthly incomes and debts. Working along with the accountancy department.

Being part of a growing Real Estate project in Spain.

• At least 5 years' relevant working experience in real estate management.


• Experience managing assets with full autonomy.


• Recent experience in new development and or construction projects.


• Experience managing hotel assets will be a plus.


• Very strong numeric and analytical mindset.


• We are looking for a trustworthy person, result-oriented, with high negotiation and commercial skills.
