Position Purpose:The R2R Senior Team Lead is mainly responsible for supervising, guiding, and developing a team of highly motivated accountants to provide excellent management accounting services as well as reporting according to IFRS and local accounting principles for various countries. This person is also a reference point of contact for several stakeholders like country finance directors, other finance sub-streams (O2C/P2P/FP&A) as well as external partners such as auditors and/or tax inspectors.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • People Management (evaluation/development) and staffing (recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training)

  • Coordinating the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities including reporting of results

  • Review of the cost accounting process

  • Balance Sheet analysis and reconciliation review

  • Review of VAT reports and declarations, support to the EU tax team

  • Lead internal & external audits by taking a coordination role, being first point of contact to auditors

  • Support the implementation of new accounting processes and tools

  • Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures

  • Contribute to projects for continuous improvement purposes with the R2R global delivery excellence team




  • Experience in a multinational environment (+40 nationalities in the SSC)

Requisitos mínimos

  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration degree or equivalent with excellent accounting knowledge

  • Fluency in English (any other language is a plus)

  • 7-10 years of experience within corporate finance (accounting, audit, etc.)

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in leading a finance team

  • At least 6 years of experience in a big four audit company

  • Excellent leadership skills such as credibility, approachability, planning & decision making, consistency and performance development
