Quality Control Manager-Textil company

Multi-national company, leading in children's textile sector is looking for a quality control manager for its Barcelona offices.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Ensure the conformity, quality and safety of the production in the area concerned, in contact with the suppliers and service providers.


• Ensure compliance with safety standard.


• Ensure the quality of manufacturing and the conformity of the products.


• Ensure the required level of compliance and its evolution (by organising and supervising compliance audits).


• Creat and adapt information materials for partners and internal staff, leading information sessions for the teams.


• Continuously inform and train suppliers during visits.


• Manage the activity (monitoring of dedicated indicators, supplier scoring, activity reporting, etc).

Work based in Barcelona city centre.

In general, the quality manager must be the driving force behind the culture of continuous improvement and best practices among employees.

• You will need to have previous experience in a similar role, where you have acquired a good understanding of the garment production chain and the technical skills involved in the design of it.


• You will have to ensure a climate of trust with suppliers based on the requirement, listening and support, and work in confidence with partners.


• English, French, and the tools of the office pack are imperative for this position.

You will be self-sufficient and organised, and your analytical skills and ability to summarise will enable you to take up this new challenge.
