• Detect ICT needs in the Operations area (Production Planning, Pharma and Chemical Production, Logistics), through continuous contact with users in your area


• Conceptualize solutions to these ICT needs, defining the business requirements that must be transferred to the Build area


• Proactively propose innovative technological opportunities that add value to your business area


• Participate in the strategic planning of the IT area by contributing initiatives to improve business processes that will be presented to the Demand Committee to prioritize them


• Manage the portfolio of IT projects related to your area, supervising the evolution of the projects and managing the conflicts that may arise in that area.


• Lead meetings and regular interactions with your business area and continuously communicate the progress of your initiatives and projects


• Continuously press the satisfaction of your business area
