Project Manager (APIs) EMEA Region is responsible for providing technical support to external customers in close collaboration with regional sales managers. These activities are aimed at driving sales and achieving sales targets for the assigned customer base. Project Manager (APIs) EMEA Region is to drive and support business development in assigned regions, including all alignments with internal and external stakeholders required to achieve business goals.

  • Product and Customer development in line with Strat plans to meet Organization's growth plans (Regional Technical Sales service manager-PM-Sales-Franchise-QA): Sampling, Audits, CSO, Quality agreements. To provide documentational Support to customer in order to ensure smooth running business and enhance new business.

  • Lead technical (product quality or performance related) discussions with customers.

  • Lead business development activities with customers in the assigned region

  • Responsible for maintenance & regular update of the Front end Tracking for assigned customer in alignment with Sales managers.

  • Organize preparation and execution of customer audits (NDA, interaction with customer for agenda )

  • Ensure efficient and timely response to customer enquiries on technical, quality or regulatory aspects of product.

  • Correct translation of customer (product quality, performance or regulatory) issues to the internal organization and engaging the relevant functions in accordance with procedures and policies.

  • Support Sales managers to achieve outcomes.

  • Initiate sample and material request for customers in alignment with Sales.

  • Participation in internal and external Marketing and Sales events

  • Initiate customer Quality Agreements and coordinate the review and approval in alignment with the internal and external stakeholders.

  • Initiate the customer specific order (CSO) in the assigned region and ensure that customer requirements are correctly applied.

Requisitos mínimos
  • Pharmaceutical, Chemistry or Biochemistry degree

  • 3-5 years in commercial environment

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical development process and basic understanding of GMPs

  • Excellent communication & social skills

  • High English level

  • Proven customer interface experience

  • Previous experience in API preferred

  • International working experienced required

  • Self-driven and motivated with eagerness to take customer perspective into the organization with ability to calibrate against organizational competencies

  • Good interpersonal relations in & across regions, leading to open discussion and quick information flow
