  • Communicate on signed PSA, including update of templates (35%) : our Project Assistant has full responsibility to make Consultants aware of a signed deal, through all relevant tools (mainly Excel)

  • Formalize key clients' reports (35%) : our Project Assistant works closely with our Back Office and KAM teams to consolidate Client's reports. Capability to manage a high level of data coming from different sources and structure it the right way

  • Participate to tender responses along with Tenders Specialists (30%) : our Project Assistant deals with Client's questionnaires, Request for Information, Platform management,…


International environement




Requisitos mínimos
  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Fluent in French (Native preferred) and English, additional language skills (Spanish, German, Dutch, Polish, etc.) of advantage

  • Ideally a first experience as an assistant in a project management team dealing with communication, data analysis, contract management

  • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills

  • Ability to shift priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

    Good knowledge of appetite for Office tools, mainly Excel (advanced level required)
