Product Owner Junior

At DeAgostini we are currently looking for a Product Owner Junior to join our team in Barcelona.

What you will do:

Reporting to the Product Owner Senior, your main responsibilities will be:

• Lead the ideation, technical development, testing and final launch to renew our
websites front-end globally and our website roll-out to new countries.
• Define product vision and road-map opportunities.
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog, iteration planning and development for
the digital product.
• Work with relevant stakeholders across the business to develop a deep understanding
of needs and define requirements for feature enhancements. Collect requirements
and remove ambiguity.
• Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new
functionalities
• Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team
completion of Release/Sprint Goals
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is flexible
and creative solutions are the norm.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Previous working experience as a Product Owner for a minimum of 2-3 years
• MA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
• C1 or native English speaker; Spanish and Italian will be a plus
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to details
• UX usability knowledge would be highly appreciated
