  • Real Estate company located in Mallorca|Permanent position

A Real Estate Company that specializes in the development of mixed-use projects and in the development, renovation and operation of hotels and resorts located in Mallorca.

Reporting to the CEO of the company, your responsibilities will be:

  • Acting as a first point of contact with third parties.

  • Diary management - Proactively managing, scheduling, and prioritizing meetings and events.

  • Travel management.

  • Prepare agenda and logistics for meetings.

  • Administrative support.

  • Market, product and other research activities

  • Support in preparation and proofreading of presentation materials for meetings

  • Assist to accommodate private and professional agenda.

Oportunidades de carrera y desarrollo profesional

Requisitos mínimos
  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Preferable 2 years' experience as Assistant in a similar position and environment.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish mandatory, and Catalan preferable.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Organized, Communicative, mutli-task and solution oriented.
