  • Drive performance of Customer Care teams in each country
  • Support process, organisation, tools & reporting improvements and standardisation with local internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure standardisation across all countries managed
  • Coordinate and prioritise activities among countries
  • Meet local business unit requirements within standard Customer Care service portfolio
  • Manage and lead the local Customer Care organisation with regard to capacity and skill building, as well as developments of talents.
  • Maintain contact and relationship with stakeholders
