Responsibilities for offices in Barcelona & UK:

  • Serve as the point person for office manager duties including: Maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, shopping.

  • Technical documentation management and releases within the PLM.

  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment.

  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.

  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.

  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time.

  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease.

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements).

  • MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills to help with presentations.

Requisitos mínimos
  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in office manager and documentation configuration.

  • Bachelor's degree in Administrative or related technical field. Higher degree is preferred.

  • Reliability and discretion.

  • Communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team with other engineers.

  • Flexibility/adaptability in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
