  • International company specialized in air filtration equipment.|Looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in B2B sales.

Globally operating company manufacturing and selling air filtration equipment.




  • Open relationships and build them towards a sustainable relationship.

  • Focus in prospecting NEW business opportunities.

  • Work independently and take responsibility.

  • Plans, leads and manages all aspects of sales execution for the assigned region.

  • Identifying and reporting market development.

  • Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, collecting product, packaging, and service requirements from the market; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.

  • Devise, set up and implement commercial activities.

  • Making Sales-reports.

  • Participates in internal sales meetings, and any other events as appropriate.

Requisitos mínimos
  • A degree from a college/university in Business or related field required.

  • 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling technical equipment.

  • Experience leading new business development in Start Up companies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, Catalan and English MANDATORY. English is the corporate language.

  • Can demonstrate the ability to go the extra mile, to exceed expectations in building and sustaining customer relationships.

  • Ability to interact with both external and internal customers at all levels and with different cultures.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit combined with corporate discipline.

  • Hunter attitude.

  • Team player.

  • Effective Planning & Organisation skills.

  • Valid driver's license.
