Customer Service Solutions Agent (French)

RESPONSABILITIES:

-At Bosch Service Solutions, We have extensive expertise acquired over many decades as a leading player in the automotive sector.

We offer differentiating services in this environment for the maximum convenience and safety of our customers.

As a Customer Representative some of your daily responsibilities will be:

- Providing Concierge Services to clients: Personal assistance for information and bookings on the move. The Bosch Concierge Service provides a personal assistant that can access recommendations, reservations, weather reports and travel advice in a matter of seconds· Provide information to the client and answer to all claims, concerns, suggestions or queries related to the contracted service.

- Attention to calls for assistance, help repairs... that may arise with the bicycle.

- Information abaout all the proces to buy or rent a bicycle.

- Track stolen bicycle: bosch has an effective solution in the form of tracking stolen bikes. you will help clients to locate and recover stolen bicycle. As soon as the therf is reported to the police, our monitoring center collects all the bike data and determines the precise position of the bicycle via GPS tracking.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Native level of French.
- Fluent in English (C1) and Spanish (C1)
- Availability to work full-time in Barcelona.
- Excellent communicational and listening skills.

CONDITIONS:

- Full-time job of 39 hours per week.
- Stable contract and international work environment!
- Schedule: 8:00-16:00/ 9:00-17:00h
- Salary: 8.726 gross Euros per hour + plus of languages + plus of sunday 13.83€ per day. TOTAL 15.392,41€ /gross per year
